Department: Vehicle Finance ( Two Wheleer)

Job Role: Sales Manager

Locations: Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Kolhapur, Solapur, Yavatmal

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets in two wheeler finance business.
• Activation of Branches and Branch staff on TW disbursement through internal / external lead generation by them as applicable basis branch / location criteria.
• Conducting huddle meets / Vehicle display activities at branches with Dealer vertical Team support, Open market activity by direct team and branch staff in catchment area of branch.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase financing penetration and revenue growth.
• Build strong relationships with dealerships, distributors, and other stakeholders to drive business expansion.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-8 years of experience in auto finance industry with expertise in vehicle finance or two wheeler loan products.
• Strong understanding of financing options available for two wheelers (bikes/scooters).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective team handling and relationship building.
• Proactive and ready to learn new products.
• Punctual and presentable.
• asic knowledge of TW loan Process / IL product and relevant process / Gold Loan.
• Age 25 to 32 yrs.
