Responsibilities

• Drive two-wheeler finance sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with two-wheeler dealers, sub-dealers, and channel partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the dealer/channel network.
• Manage and motivate the sales team to deliver assigned targets.
• Monitor daily sales performance, productivity, and conversion ratios.
• Ensure smooth coordination between sales, credit, operations, and collections teams.
• Ensure timely processing and disbursement of loan applications.
• Track competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Conduct regular dealer visits and strengthen business relationships.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, credit norms, KYC requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor portfolio quality and support collection teams in maintaining healthy asset quality.
• Prepare regular sales reports, MIS, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
• Train and mentor team members to improve productivity and sales effectiveness.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate / Post Graduate from a recognized institution.
• 3–7 years of experience in two-wheeler finance, vehicle finance, consumer finance, retail lending, or NBFC sales.
• Prior experience in dealer/channel sales will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the local market and two-wheeler dealer network.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Good team handling and people management skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities.
• Comfortable with field sales and extensive travel within the assigned territory.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
