Job summary

BFSI connect is hiring for Sales Manager / Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition in Varanasi and surrounding areas. The role focuses on SME lending, supply chain and working capital finance with a strong emphasis on channel partnerships and on-ground client engagement.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience, a graduate degree, and strong knowledge of the business lending ecosystem in fintech. Motorcycle ownership is preferred for field visits.

Responsibilities

• Acquire customers through Direct Channel / Anchor Channel / Partner Channel
• Daily follow-ups via calls or personal visits and update CRM
• Set up distribution network and build a demand funnel aligned to strategy
• Engage channel partners to negotiate terms and monitor flow of business
• Achieve budgeted acquisition numbers including fees and cross-sell revenue
• Manage all pre-disbursement processes including loan documentation and first disbursement

Acquisition of customers - Direct Channel / Anchor Channel / Partner Channel

Day-to-day calling (telephonic or personal visits) as per schedule and updating it in CRM on daily basis

Setting up of distribution network and building a demand funnel in line with organization strategy,

Engagement with established/ potential channel partners to negotiate terms of engagement and regular monitoring/ control to ensure regular flow of business (only for partner channel team)

Responsible to achieve the budgeted acquisition numbers including Fee Income and Cross Sell Revenue

Managing all pre-disbursement processes for the acquired customer including Loan documentations, PDD and first disbursement
