Job summary

Muthoot Finance is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for the Loan Against Property (LAP) vertical. You will lead a sales team, drive growth, and nurture relationships with DSAs, brokers, builders, and other partners to achieve monthly LAP targets through direct sourcing and channel channels.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in LAP sales, channel management, and team leadership, with a focus on expanding market presence and optimizing the sales process from lead to disbursement.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Sales Managers/Sales Officers to hit LAP targets.
• Drive business through direct sourcing and channel partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with DSAs, connectors, brokers, builders and other referral partners.
• Generate and convert LAP leads to achieve monthly targets.
• Monitor the full sales cycle from lead to sanction and disbursement.
• Ensure quality sourcing and maintain healthy conversion ratios.
• Guide and motivate the team to improve productivity and targets.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand customer and channel base.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching to improve outcomes.
