Job summary

Muthoot Finance is seeking a Sales Manager – LAP to lead a high-performance LAP sales team and drive market growth across the Loan Against Property segment. You will manage and mentor the sales force and build a robust pipeline through DSAs, connectors, brokers, builders and direct customers.

Ideal candidates have hands-on LAP sales experience, a strong market network, and the ability to hit aggressive monthly targets while ensuring compliance with credit guidelines and process integrity.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of relevant experience in Banking / NBFC / Financial Services.
• Hands-on experience in Loan Against Property (LAP).
• Experience in team handling and business development.

Responsibilities

• Drive LAP business and achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Manage and guide the sales team to achieve business objectives.
• Generate business through DSAs, connectors, brokers, builders and direct sourcing.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the LAP customer base.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from Lead Generation Login Sanction Disbursement.
• Monitor team performance, pipeline and daily sales activities.
• Ensure quality sourcing and adherence to company policies and credit guidelines.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations and other internal teams for smooth processing of cases.
• Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Ensure strong customer and channel-partner relationships for repeat and referral business.

About the Role

Muthoot Finance is looking for an experienced Sales Manager – LAP to drive business growth and manage a sales team in the Loan Against Property vertical.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in LAP sales and should be currently handling LAP products, with good market knowledge and an established network of DSAs, connectors, brokers, builders and direct customers.
