The role involves identifying prospects, generating leads, onboarding customers, and achieving assigned acquisition and revenue targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers for Savings Accounts and Current Accounts through field sales, references, leads, and local market activities.
• Generate and manage leads through direct sourcing, corporate tie-ups, referrals, and other channels.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly CASA acquisition and revenue targets.
• Identify prospective customers and understand their banking and financial requirements.
• Explain account features, products, services, and digital banking solutions to customers.
