Job summary

CHOLAMS GENERAL INSURANCE is hiring for Associate Manager Banca in Pune. This role focuses on driving general insurance business via the Banca Channel, building strong relationships with bank staff, generating leads, and achieving defined sales targets.

Candidates should have a graduation in any discipline and at least 1+ year of general insurance experience; Bancassurance exposure is preferred with immediate joiner options.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in General Insurance is mandatory.
• Candidate with Bancassurance experience will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners/short notice candidates will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive General Insurance business through the Banca Channel.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Bank Branch Managers, Relationship Managers and Branch Staff.
• Generate leads and convert business through bank customers.
• Drive sales of Motor Insurance and Health Insurance products.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual business targets.
• Conduct regular bank branch visits and ensure effective engagement.
• Conduct product awareness and sales training for bank staff.
