Job summary

TekPillar® is seeking a Sales Manager – Area Sales in Ranchi, Jharkhand to lead field sales operations and drive growth in the assigned territory.

Required: 2+ years in field sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a target-driven mindset. Local Ranchi candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities include acquiring new customers, planning sales strategies, conducting field visits, and delivering regular reports to management to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
