• Achieve and exceed sales targets for affordable housing loans through the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channel.
• Build, maintain, and grow a network of DSAs to drive loan disbursements.
• Conduct regular meetings and updates with DSAs to ensure alignment on business goals.
• Identify, onboard, and train DSAs on product offerings, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with DSAs to ensure consistent business flow.
• Monitor and evaluate DSA performance to ensure productivity and quality of leads.
• Develop strategies to source potential customers for affordable housing loans through DSAs.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and issues to enhance satisfaction.
• Promote cross-selling of other products to existing customers.
• Analyze market trends and competition to devise strategies to capture market share.
• Identify potential opportunities and areas for expansion of the affordable housing loan segment.
• Ensure that all loan applications sourced through DSAs comply with the companys policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and control delinquency rates by ensuring thorough due diligence of borrowers.
• Collaborate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing and disbursement of loans.
