Job summary

Abacus Consultants is seeking a Field Sales professional for Affordable Housing products. You will plan and execute monthly/quarterly AH strategies, manage branch goals, and build relationships with DSAs and partners to source business leads.

The role requires handling customer documentation, ensuring timely service delivery, and maintaining MIS reports. Regular travel is expected with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and cross-selling related products.

Qualifications

• Graduate with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to understand business financials & assess health of cases.
• Relationship building & networking with internal stakeholders; high integrity.
• Field-based role with regular travel.

Responsibilities

• Plan & execute AH strategy for the month/quarter to exceed branch goals; manage relationships with DSA, connectors & source of business leads.
• Control & monitor distribution network; plan sales promotion activities.
• Handle documentation and assist customers with building application files; mitigate issues.
• Collaborate with support functions to ensure optimum TAT and service delivery.
• Provide feedback to customers on loan status and necessary resolutions.
• Maintain database and MIS; generate regular reports.
• Cross-sell Insurance and related products.

Function Business/Sales

Role Sell Affordable Housing products for the organization.

• Plan & execute the AH strategy for the month/ quarter to ensure branch goals are overachieved. Relationship management with DSA, connectors & individual concerns where business leads source from.
• Control & monitor distribution network, plan sales promotion activities
• Handling the documentation and supporting customers with building the application files mitigating issues
• Working with support functions for optimum TAT and service delivery
• Feed backing to customers on loan status & resolution required
• Must have customer centricity and create a culture of customer satisfaction across all levels within the team.
• Maintaining database and MIS & reporting on a regular basis.
• Cross sell of Insurance and related products.
