Job summary

MSafe Group is seeking a results-driven Business Head to lead sales for industrial ladders and MRO products. You will manage key accounts and expand dealer networks across India.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial sales, experience in channel management, and the ability to drive business with OEMs and corporate clients. Knowledge of scaffolding and related products is preferred. This position is based in Noida.

We are looking for a results‑driven Business Head to lead sales for industrial ladders and MRO products, manage key accounts, and expand dealer networks across the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop & execute sales strategy
• Drive business with industrial clients, OEMs & corporate accounts
• Expand and manage dealer/distributor network
• Identify opportunities across manufacturing, logistics, pharma, power & infrastructure sectors
• Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets
• Manage key accounts & long‑term contracts
• Ensure dealer stock availability & smooth supply chain
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, dispatch, finance)
• Drive collections and control outstanding receivables
• Sales target achievement (Primary & Secondary)
• Key account growth

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of industrial sales & MRO business
• Experience in channel/dealer management
• Strong negotiation & relationship‑building skills
