Job summary

DNV is seeking an Executive - Training Sales & Operations based in Kolkata to nurture current clientele, cross-sell and upsell trainings, and expand the geographic reach. You will sell and ensure delivery of standard and customized trainings across industries, coordinating with tutors and the technical team as needed.

The role requires 2–5 years in training or an academic/certification environment, and willingness to travel within the territory of West Bengal, the North Eastern states, Odisha,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• MBA in Sales/Marketing is an advantage.
• 2–5 years in Training/Academic institute or certification body.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and revenue targets for Training Services in the territory.
• Implement sales plans and coordinate with experts to serve clients.
• Arrange training delivery, schedule tutors, issue certificates, and manage payments.
• Handle customer feedback and escalate issues with the technical team when needed.

About The Role

As Executive - Training Sales & Operations at the specified location, you would be responsible to nurture current clientele, cross-sell and upsell various trainings, acquire new clients to expand the geographic and services spread. Your primary task will be to sell & ensure the delivery of the trainings (standard and customized), to all industries, business types and individuals.

• You will be responsible for the achievement of the sales & revenue target of Training Services of DNV in your territory.
• You will Implement the sales plan and collaborate with experts to serve clients across industries.
• You will have to get sales through various avenues including but not limited to in-house courses, public courses, virtual courses, e- learning modules etc.
• You will also have to play a role in qualifying the tutors, getting the sold courses delivered by arranging scheduling of relevant tutor/s, arrangements for training, delivering certificates to the candidates of a training programme, payment collection, addressing customer complaints related to training and delivery and taking feedback & working over it from customers.
• You will be supported by the technical team for special services in making technical proposals, qualification, presentations and support selling services wherever essential for closing the contracts.

You should be based out of Kolkata and are expected to have extensive knowledge of the local market of West Bengal,North eastern states, Odisha, Jharkhand, Bihar and Chattisgarh .The role will require to travel within territory.

About You

• An Engineer or a graduate in any discipline.
• MBA in Sales/ Marketing will be added advantage.
• 2-5 years similar experience in a Training / Academic institute or certification body
