Job summary

DNV is seeking an experienced auditor in Hyderabad to conduct 3rd party IMS audits and support energy management initiatives. The role involves interacting with client management, delivering timely reports, and maintaining auditor credentials.

Experience in ISO standards and a background in engineering/science are essential, with opportunities to contribute to training and growth of the auditing team.

Qualifications

• Experience in 2nd/3rd party auditing is required.
• Proven ability to interact with client management and deliver reports on time.
• Strong understanding of energy, environment and OH&S management systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 3rd party IMS audits for ISO 9001/ ISO 14001/ ISO 45001 / ISO 50001.
• Qualification/experience in Energy Management is desirable.
• Interact directly with client management to develop timely, complete reports on their current compliance level.
• Release reports to customers as per timelines.
• Timely review of corrective actions/closure and approvals for certificates.
• Maintain auditor credentials and pursue advancement of those credentials as needed.
• Ability to manage Key Customers.
• Support the sales team on technical aspects.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the auditing team.
• Ability to deliver trainings is a plus.

About The Role

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct 3rd party IMS audits for various management system standards like ISO 9001/ ISO 14001/ ISO 45001 / ISO 50001 etc.


• Qualification/ experience in Energy Management is desirable


• Interact directly with all levels of client management in developing timely, complete and accurate report of their current level of compliance or implementation of their management system and release reports to customers as per timelines.


• Timely review of customer corrective actions/ closure and approvals for issue of certificates.


• Maintain appropriate auditor credentials / qualifications and pursue advancement of those credentials and other related credentials as needed


• Ability to manage Key Customers.


• Supporting the sales team on technical aspects.


• Contribute to the growth and development of a world-class, industry-leading auditing team


• Ability to deliver trainings is certainly a plus.

About You

• Graduation/ Post-graduation in Engineering/ Science


• Experience in 2nd/ 3rd party auditing


• Additional qualifications in Environment, OH&S and Energy Management is desirable


• 10+ years of experience in core manufacturing operations


• Adequate experience in handling Q, E, OH&S and Energy Management systems - as Management Representatives/ equivalent roles


• Possess the acumen and demonstrated ability to conduct management system audits


• Computer literacy and ability to use/ manage office application software packages is a must
