Qualifikationen

• Graduate in any discipline; commerce, finance, or marketing preferred.
• 6 months–2 years of sales, banking, insurance, mutual funds, or financial services experience; freshers may apply.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati; basic English preferred.
• Comfortable with calling, client meetings, field sales, and regular follow-ups.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, email, and WhatsApp Business.
• Relevant financial product certifications will be an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Generate leads through calling, referrals, networking, and field visits.
• Understand clients' financial needs and arrange discussions with the appropriate advisor.
• Explain mutual fund, insurance, and other service offerings using company-approved information.
• Follow up with prospective clients and support them through account opening, applications, and documentation.
• Develop business opportunities across SIPs, mutual funds, life insurance, health insurance, and other services offered by the firm.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, leads, and conversions.
• Achieve agreed monthly targets for client meetings, new business, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the operations team for timely client servicing.
• Maintain client confidentiality and follow ethical sales practices, without making misleading promises or return guarantees.
