Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) is seeking a customer-facing sales associate for its Pune outlet to help customers discover perfumes, demonstrate products, and guide their choices to match preferences. The role emphasizes meeting daily targets and delivering high standards of service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Strong communication, energy, and a passion for cosmetics are essential. Freshers are welcome; graduates with B2C experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Candidates with excellent communication skill and with passion towards sales.
• Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

• Working towards monthly and daily targets
• Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.
