Job summary

Shree Shakti Industries is seeking a Field Sales Executive PPE / Industrial Safety to visit factories across Delhi NCR, generate leads and close orders for PPE products such as safety footwear, helmets, gloves, jackets, eyewear and more.

The role covers Delhi NCR (Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad) in a full-time field-based capacity, reporting to Siddhant Gupta. Requires 2–5 years in field or B2B sales with strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of field or B2B sales experience; PPE, industrial supplies, hardware, tools or safety products preferred.
• Good knowledge of Delhi NCR industrial areas.
• Fluent Hindi and working English; confident in negotiation and closing.
• Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
• Smartphone-literate: WhatsApp, Google Sheets, basic quotation sharing.
• Graduate preferred; strong candidates without a degree will be considered.
• Self-driven, punctual, honest.

Responsibilities

• Visit factories, workshops, contractors and procurement offices daily to pitch PPE and build relationships with purchase managers, safety officers and owners.
• Generate new leads through cold visits, referrals, industrial area canvassing and follow-up of enquiries from the website and phone.
• Understand each client's safety needs, present suitable products, share samples and quotations, and negotiate pricing within approved limits.
• Close orders, coordinate dispatch with the office, and follow up on payments and outstanding dues.
• Win repeat orders from existing clients through regular visits and rate or stock updates.
• Log every visit, lead and follow-up daily in the CRM or a shared sheet, and report weekly on pipeline, orders and competitor pricing.
• Meet monthly visit, lead and sales targets set by management.
