Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) LLP is seeking a full-time retail associate at Nexus– Mysore, India. The role focuses on driving sales, assisting customers, and maintaining store standards.

You will work toward monthly and daily targets, demo products, manage displays, handle stock, and ensure SOP adherence while delivering a welcoming customer experience.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Excellent communication skills and with passion towards sales.
• Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and daily targets.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Ensure adherence to SOP at store.
• Store etiquette and store timing.
• Complete trainings within the defined timeline.
• Invite customers to outlet and introduce MYOP concept.
• Demonstrate and present products; assist customers to identify the right perfume.
• Store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Stock audits and daily checklists.
• Place stock requests to HO.
• Validate and receive stock.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate as required.
