Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) LLP is hiring for a full-time retail sales role at Inorbit Mall Visakhapatnam. The candidate will engage customers, demonstrate products, and guide shoppers to suitable perfumes while achieving monthly and daily targets.

Qualifications

• Graduates with 2 years retail sales experience preferred (any B2C brand).

Responsibilities

• Work toward monthly and daily targets.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Adhere to SOP at store and store etiquette/timing.
• Complete trainings within the defined timeline.
• Invite customers to outlet and introduce MYOP concepts.
• Demonstrate and present products; assist customers to find right perfume.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising; conduct stock audits.
• Prepare DSR and daily checklists; place stock requests to HO.
• Validate and receive stock; handle and escalate customer complaints as needed.
