Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) LLP is hiring for a full-time retail sales role at Brookefields Mall, Coimbatore. The candidate will drive sales, greet customers, demonstrate perfumes, and guide them to the right products while maintaining store standards.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work toward targets, and proficiency in multiple languages. Freshers may apply and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduates with 2 years of experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Candidates must have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
• Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Work towards monthly and daily targets.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate and present products to customers.
• Assist customers in identifying the right perfume.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Maintain store etiquette, SOPs and store timing.
• Complete trainings within the defined timeline.
• Invite customers to the outlet and introduce MYOP concepts.
• Ensure store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Handle stock requests and validate received stock.
• Address customer complaints and escalate issues when needed.
• Perform daily checklists (DSR) and associated tasks.
• Support sales and merchandising activities at Brookefields Mall, Coimbatore.
