Job summary

Responsibilities

• Work towards monthly and daily targets.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Adhere to SOP at store and store etiquette.
• Complete trainings within the defined timeline.
• Engage customers and introduce MYOP concepts.
• Demonstrate and present products to customers.
• Assist customers in identifying the right perfume.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Coordinate stock requests and stock receipt with HO.
• Handle, resolve customer complaints and escalate when needed.
