Job Purpose
The Order Processing Coordinator is the primary point‑of‑contact for Sales Teams, Country Operations Lead, Finance and Logistics. This position focuses on processing sales order requests from the Sales team for various vendors, handling purchase order requests, and releasing POs to vendors while ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
Responsibilities
- Validate supporting documents and process Sales/Purchase Order requests based on vendors and country requirements.
- Ensure required approvals (GTC/ECCN/DPC/Credit Check) are in place.
- Clear the order requests queue within SLA.
- Submit PO request after Purchase Requisition Number is generated.
- Release completed PO to vendors within SLA.
- Follow up with vendors on order status and estimated time of arrival.
- Communicate vendor delivery requirements to the Logistics team.
Knowledge, Skills And Experience
- 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain or related field (preferred).
- Strong data entry and basic mathematical calculation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Clear communication skills in English and local language.
- Ability to interact effectively with all management levels.
- Strong multi‑cultural interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Quick learner of new systems and technologies.
