Job summary

Tech Data, a TD SYNNEX Company, is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist in Mumbai to coordinate sales order processing and PO requests. The role requires validating documents, ensuring approvals, and releasing POs to vendors while meeting SLA commitments.

You will liaise with Sales, Logistics, and Finance to track orders, provide timely updates, and support procurement activities. Strong English and Malay communication are essential, with the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or Supply Chain preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Able to execute instructions and request clarification when needed.
• Strong data-entry skills with accuracy and speed.
• Proficient in English and Malay communication, both written and spoken.
• Capable of clear communication with all levels of management.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Quick learner of new systems and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Validate supporting documents and process Sales/Purchase Order requests based on vendors and country requirements.
• Ensure required approvals (GTC/ECCN/DPC/Credit Check) are in place.
• Clear order requests queue within SLA.
• Submit PO requests after Purchase Requisition Number is generated.
• Release completed POs to vendors within SLA.
• Follow up with vendors on order status and ETA.
• Communicate vendor delivery requirements to the Logistics team.

## Sales Enablement SpecialistApply: Mumbai, India: Full time: Posted Today: R56538## **Job Purpose:**The Order Processing Coordinator is a primary point-of-contact for Sales Teams, Country Operations Lead, Finance and Logistics.
