HDFC Life is seeking a Corporate Agency Manager - Banca for a field-based role with travel across the assigned location. You will drive life insurance sales through Bancassurance partnerships, aiming at top-line growth, persistency, and optimal product mix.

Ideal candidates possess integrity, passion, strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to influence. Graduation in any stream with 6 months to 4 years of sales experience is preferred.

As a Front Line Sales employee in Bancassurance channel, you will network with assigned channel partner teams to build win-win business relationship and ensure high performance by selling life insurance products.

What does the job entail?

It is a field job. You will have to travel within the assigned location to meet channel partner teams and customers.

You will be evaluated on your ability to meet the business targets (Top line, Persistency, Product mix) by collaborating with and driving channel partners.

You will also accompany the channel partner teams on pre and post sales such as claim settlement.

Bancassurance is the largest sales channel of HDFC Life which includes selling life insurance through Bancassurance partners like HDFC Bank.

Age: 21 - 38 years

Education: Graduation in any stream
