Kesaria Rubber Industries Pvt.. Ltd. Gurgaon is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join the Sales & Marketing team in Gurugram. The role involves emailing company profiles to new customers, addressing queries, and coordinating with the plant and sales team to ensure smooth processes.

The candidate should hold a Diploma or Graduate degree with fresher or relevant experience, and possess good communication skills in English, Hindi and Gujarati. Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets is desired.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Graduate level education in relevant field.
• Experience with Excel and data management is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in multiple languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Email company profile to new customers.
• Handle customer queries and follow-up with internal Plant & Sales Team.
• Prepare quotations and generate Proforma Invoices (PI).
• Respond to emails/calls/messages from customers promptly.
• Submit quotations and maintain documentation.
• Prepare MIS: inquiries, quotations and sales on daily, monthly and quarterly cycles.
• Support management with other tasks as assigned.
• Assist in general sales activities and reporting.
