Responsibilities

• Support field sales with product information, quotations, and documentation.
• Prepare daily sales MIS reports and maintain distributor database.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Coordination: Coordinate with Distributors, Dealers, Traders, Doctors, and Sales Team for daily sales activities
• Order Management: Handle order processing, follow-ups with production and dispatch for timely delivery
• Customer Support: Attend customer queries, maintain relationships with channel partners and doctors
• Sales Team Support: Assist field sales team with product information, quotations, and documentation
• MIS & Reports: Prepare daily sales reports, track dispatches, maintain distributor/dealer database and CRM
• Market Data: Collect feedback from market, share competitor information and support lead generation
• Product Knowledge: Maintain good understanding of orthopaedic implants and their applications

Requirements:

• Experience: 0-3 years in Sales Coordination / Inside Sales. Fresher with medical background can apply
