About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator (Fresher)to support the Sales Team in day-to-day coordination activities. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to learn and grow in the Generator Manufacturing Industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Sales Team for daily sales activities.
• Prepare and share quotations, proforma invoices, and other sales documents.
• Maintain customer records, inquiries, and follow-up details.
• Coordinate with the Production, Dispatch, and Accounts departments for smooth order processing.
• Respond to customer calls, emails, and basic inquiries professionally.
• Update sales reports, order status, and customer data in Excel/ERP.
• Assist the Sales Team in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, invoices, and dispatch records.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, order confirmations, and required documents.
• Perform other coordination and administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com., BBA, BA, B.Sc. or equivalent).
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email communication.
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM software will be an added advantage.
