• Manage complete sales order processing activities.
• Service existing customers and obtain repeat orders.
• Develop new business opportunities.
• Plan and develop strategies to penetrate and grow new markets/new industries.
• Advertise new products launched with existing & new customers.
• Send order acknowledgements to customer.
• Prepare work orders.
• Coordinate with Logistics for on-time dispatch of orders.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Production, Quality, Engineering, Accounts, & PPC departments to ensure customer delivery on-time.
• Update customers whenever order is delayed with reasons.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Maintain records/reports as per ISO requirements.
