Job summary

You will connect with HNI customers, understand their goals, present suitable investment solutions, manage the full sales journey, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business.
• Excellent communication, presentation and CRM skills.
• Strong sales orientation with ability to engage high-value customers.
• Experience in investment sales or wealth management is a plus.

• Understand the customer's investment requirements, financial objectives and preferences.
• Present and explain suitable investment opportunities and solutions as per the approved sales process.
• Build strong relationships with prospective HNI customers and provide a professional consultation experience.
• Manage the complete sales journey, from the first customer interaction through follow-ups and conversion.
• Maintain regular and timely follow-ups with interested prospects to maximize conversions.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.
• Accurately update all customer interactions, follow-ups and sales activities in the designated systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and seamless customer onboarding and investment process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
• Excellent communication, presentation and customer relationship management skills.
• Strong sales orientation with the ability to engage and convert high-value customers.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and confidently manage investment sales conversations.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Prior experience in investment sales, wealth management, financial services, insurance, banking or HNI customer handling will be an added advantage.
