Job summary

Industrial Metal Powders India Pvt. Ltd. invites applications for an Associate level role in field sales across Bengaluru, Delhi, Chennai, Nagpur, Pune, Mumbai and other Indian cities.

The job focuses on field visits to surgeons for our 3D printed medical devices, coordinating with the design team, and building hospital partnerships. You will coordinate dispatch, update Atulya software, and drive timely payments.

Qualifications

• Experience in biomedical devices sales or related field.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Knowledge of medical devices market in India is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct timely daily field visits to surgeons and identify new surgeons and applications for our customized 3D printing solutions.
• Coordinate and communicate with the design team and surgeons for design finalization.
• Create awareness about company technology and achievements with existing customers.
• Coordinate with the dispatch team for timely delivery of products.
• Update Atulya software for all marketing-related activities in a timely manner.
• Create partnerships with hospitals and surgeons for ongoing business.
• Ensure timely payments and follow-ups for all orders as per company systems.
• Escalate urgent issues to senior management to avoid customer impact.

• To ensure proper timely daily field visits to keep constant touch with surgeons & also to find new surgeons & applications. Field visits are critical for a customized 3D printing business.
• To coordinate & communicate with the design team & surgeon for design finalization.
• Creating awareness about company technology and company achievement with all existing customers.
• Coordinate with the dispatch team for timely delivery of the product.
• To take due care of updating the Atulya software for all marketing-related activities absolutely in time.
• Create partnerships with hospitals & surgeons for constant business.
• Timely payments & follow-ups for all orders as per company-established systems.
• Reaching out to seniors & mgmt in case of anything urgent & important so that the customer is not affected in any way.
