Job summary

ADIION Digital Labs is seeking a Sales & Marketing Intern to join a growing early-stage startup team. Chennai is preferred, but applicants from across India are welcome to apply. This paid internship offers exposure to sales, marketing, technology, product, client communication and business strategy.

You’ll work on B2B lead generation, outreach, CRM management, and digital marketing initiatives while learning how a technology startup scales from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and market research in a B2B context.

• Coordinate client meetings and manage communications.
• Maintain CRM and sales pipeline; support digital marketing tasks.
• Contribute to content initiatives and website updates.
