Job summary

Kindle HR is seeking a Retail Sales Advisor to engage potential clients by phone, explain equity investment options, and build wealth through smart products. You will plan daily calls, follow up on leads, and aim to meet sales targets with a focus on high-quality lead conversions.

The role requires excellent communication, sales aptitude, and knowledge of the equity market to advise clients effectively and achieve objectives set by the Sales Head.

Qualifications

• Identify fitment of sales products matching the clients investing goals.

• Proactively follow up leads assigned by Sales Head and report progress with mitigation plan to achieve results.
• Work closely with the Sales Head to achieve sales objectives.
• Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing best practice ideas.
• Disseminate learnings across teams to encourage knowledge sharing.

As a Retail Sales Advisor, you will help clients build wealth through smart equity investments. You will spend most of your day talking to potential customers on the phone, selling our products. Good communication skills are essential. You will need to plan and make new and follow-up calls to meet your targets. Knowing about the equity market and being good at selling is crucial.
