Job summary

H&M in Bengaluru is seeking a Sales Advisor to help create an outstanding customer experience. You will welcome customers, guide them through the store, and assist in finding the right products while showcasing our fashion.

You will collaborate with the team to deliver great service and keep the store inviting and well-organised. As part of the Store Team, you’ll engage with customers, promote products, and contribute to a welcoming and inclusive shopping environment.

You’ll also connect with the wider Area Team, collaborating across stores to share insights and drive success together. Alongside your team, you'll play a vital role in helping customers feel confident and express their individuality with the latest trends and timeless styles. By building meaningful connections with customers in our stores, we make fashion accessible and sustainable for all.
