PositionSummary:

The Consulting IAM Application Engineer leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of IdentityGovernance and Administration (IGA) systems, ensuring scalability,compliance, and operational excellence. This role goes beyond application onboarding to architect and enhance IGA capabilities across the enterprise, integratingwith broader IT and security ecosystems. Key responsibilities include engineering and maintaining IGA workflows,tailoring tools to organizational needs, and collaborating withcross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive innovation. The role alsoinvolves mentoring team members, applying software design patterns, andensuring alignment with key performance indicators. The engineer supportsaudits, evaluates new technologies, and participates in a 24x7x365 on-callrotation to ensure uninterrupted support for critical systems.

The Consulting IAM System Engineer is expected to fortify our organizationand spearhead the crafting, execution, and upkeep of our identity governanceand administration (IGA) systems. As a Consulting IAM Application Engineer,you will play a pivotal role in masterminding, broadening, and refining ourIGA capabilities beyond application onboarding. You will unite withcross-functional teams, including IT administrators, security analysts, andbusiness stakeholders, to guarantee the effective utilization and continuousenhancement of our IGA systems. You will act as a team lead empowering otherteam members, and encourage growth among team members. You will help to applysoftware design patterns to achieve a consistent and standards approach toimplementation of new features and expanding the connection with otherenterprise systems with key performance indicators in focus..

Responsibilities:

• Engineer and sustain ouridentity governance and administration (IGA) systems, including architecture,workflows, and integration with various systems.
• Strategize withstakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into technical specifications and designdocuments for IGA system advancements.
• Tailor and refine IGA toolsand technologies to meet the organization's specific needs, ensuring optimalsystem performance.
• Craft and preserve IGAoperational procedures, guidelines, and documentation for user onboarding,access provisioning, and access recertification.
• Synergize withcross-functional teams to diagnose and remedy any issues related to the IGA systems, securing timelyresolution and minimal disruption.
• Monitor and evaluate IGAsystem performance and security logs, proactively safeguarding againstany anomalies or security incidents.
• Keepabreast of emerging IGA trends, technologies, and best practices, proposing recommendationsfor process improvements and system enhancements.
• Provide technicalexpertise and support to IT teams and end-users, resolving IGA-relatedissues.
• Cultivate a cultureof security awareness and continuous improvement, championing IGA bestpractices and knowledge sharing within the organization.
• Collaborate withinternal and external auditors to support IGA-related audits and assessments, ensuring compliancewith regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Evaluate and select IGA toolsand technologies, recommending based on organizational needs, scalability, and easeof use.
• As wesupport hospitals that care for patients 24x7x365, commit to24x7x365 on-call support rotation with 10-minute response times.

Education& Experience:

• Bachelor’sdegree in information technology, computer science, or related fields
• 7+ yearsof proven hands-on experience in implementing (design, development, testingand deployment) any leading IGA products in the market.
