Job summary

Orbus International seeks an experienced IAM professional to lead identity management implementations across cloud and on‑prem environments. The role requires hands-on contribution, strong consulting background, and excellent documentation skills.

You will work with clients to scope, design, and deploy IAM architectures, including SSO/MFA integrations and enterprise product integrations, ensuring security and compliance throughout.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge and experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Security space.
• Extensive experience in consulting and implementation of identity management solutions.
• Excellent knowledge and experience of leading project delivery, including scoping and planning projects.
• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture as well as on-premises IT landscape.
• Knowledge of security and compliance requirements.
• Willingness to be a hands-on contributor with excellent communication/documentation skills.
• Knowledge of Saviynt or similar products (Oracle IDM, SailPoint) is preferred.
• Knowledge of authentication technologies e.g., SSO, MFA, etc.
• Knowledge of integration to off-the-shelf Enterprise products e.g., Workday, SFDC, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle ERP, etc.
• Knowledge of REST, DB, LDAP

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM/IGA project delivery from scoping to deployment.
• Consult with clients on identity management implementations.
• Design and document IAM architectures spanning cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Ensure security and compliance requirements are embedded in solutions.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for integration touchpoints.
• Act as hands-on contributor when required and mentor junior staff.
