Persistent in Pune, India is seeking a SailPoint NERM Engineer to implement, configure, integrate, and support Non-Employee Risk Management within the SailPoint ecosystem. You will handle lifecycle workflows, RBAC, and access governance for contractors and external users.

You will collaborate with IAM architects, security teams, and business stakeholders, while managing provisioning, deprovisioning, and production support across enterprise systems.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Cyber Security, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of IAM/IGA experience.
• Hands-on with SailPoint IdentityIQ and Identity Governance solutions.
• Experience implementing and supporting identity lifecycle workflows.
• Strong understanding of NERM processes.
• Experience with JML lifecycle for contractors and external users.
• Experience provisioning/deprovisioning workflows.
• Knowledge of RBAC, access controls, certifications, SoD.
• Integration experience with enterprise apps (MS Entra ID/Azure AD, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle).
• REST APIs, JDBC, and Java Web Services integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and support SailPoint NERM capabilities.
• Implement and maintain non-employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, transfers, renewals, extensions, offboarding).
• Configure roles, entitlements, policies, approvals, certifications, and access governance controls.
• Manage identity governance for contractors, vendors, consultants, partners, and third-party users.
• Develop and maintain workflows for non-employee lifecycle management.
• Configure provisioning and deprovisioning across enterprise systems.
• Support integrations between SailPoint and enterprise apps and directories.
• Perform configuration, testing, deployment, troubleshooting and production support.
• Troubleshoot NERM configuration and perform root-cause analysis.
• Support access reviews, recertification campaigns, and audit/compliance controls.
• Ensure adherence to security policies, RBAC, and SoD.
• Collaborate with IAM architects, security teams, and business stakeholders.
• Create and maintain technical docs and operational procedures.
• Participate in release management and environment support.

ExpertiseYou'llBring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Cyber Security, or a related discipline.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).
• Hands‑on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and SailPoint Identity Governance solutions.
• Experience implementing and supporting identity lifecycle management workflows.
• Strong understanding of Non-Employee Risk Management (NERM) processes.
• Expertise in Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle management, particularly for contractors and external users.
• Experience with provisioning and deprovisioning workflows.
• Strong understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Access Requests, Approvals, Access Reviews, Certifications, Segregation of Duties (SoD), Policy Enforcement, Compliance Controls.
• Experience integrating SailPoint with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle Applications, CyberArk, Enterprise Applications.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, JDBC, and Java Web Services integrations.
• Knowledge of Java or BeanShell scripting for SailPoint customizations.
• Experience providing production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
