Job summary

Steady Rabbit is seeking a SailPoint ISC / IdentityNow Consultant for a 4-month project. You will lead cloud identity governance implementations, onboarding sources, and designing complex transforms, workflows and connectors for AD, Entra ID, Workday, and ServiceNow.

The role requires hands-on experience with SailPoint ISC / IdentityNow, API usage (REST/JSON/SCIM/SAML), and strong communication to translate technical concepts to business partners.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Expertly design and implement complex transforms using Velocity.

• Assist in legacy migration from IdentityIQ/Oracle IDM to ISC.

Requirement Overview

We have an immediate requirement for a SailPoint ISC (Identity Security Cloud) / IdentityNow Consultant for a 4-month project. Candidates must have hands-on experience in SailPoint ISC / IdentityNow implementations.

Preference for boutique / specialized vendors with candidates available on bench or readily deployable, who can share relevant profiles immediately.

Detailed Job Description

SailPoint ISC / IdentityNow: Expert knowledge of cloud architecture, identity modelling, source onboarding, and cloud-native configuration.

Complex Transforms & Workflows: Advanced proficiency in building complex data transforms (using Apache Velocity) and designing event-driven automation workflows.

Connectors & Integrations: Experience configuring authoritative and non-authoritative connectors for enterprise targets like Active Directory, Entra ID, Workday, and ServiceNow.

APIs & Protocols: Strong command of REST APIs, JSON, SCIM, OAuth, and SAML for external system automation.

Legacy Migration: Background migrating legacy platforms like SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or Oracle Identity Manager to ISC, including BeanShell to cloud rule translation.

Lifecycle Management: Deep understanding of Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes, birthright access, and provisioning / deprovisioning.

Access Governance: Expertise in configuring access certifications, role-based access control (RBAC), attribute-based access control (ABAC), and Segregation of Duties (SoD).

Compliance Frameworks: Familiarity with regulatory standards such as SOX, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and NIST.

Soft Skills

Good communication skills; ability to translate complex IGA concepts to non-technical business partners.

Good presentation skills.

Able to work on fast-paced project execution with team alignment.
