Job summary

QualiZeal is seeking a seasoned IAM engineer to design and implement SailPoint ISC solutions with emphasis on identity governance, lifecycle automation, and enterprise integrations. You will lead provisioning, reconciliation, and access certification initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on SailPoint ISC/IdentityNow experience, strong RBAC and identity lifecycle knowledge, and the ability to build connectors to AD, Entra ID, HR systems, ServiceNow, AWS and Azure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SailPoint IAM/IGA experience.
• Hands-on SailPoint ISC/IdentityNow implementation.
• Strong RBAC and identity lifecycle management knowledge.
• Experience building connectors and workflows for enterprise platforms.
• Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder communication.
