Responsible for enhancements of Sailpoint workflows, impact analysis for development on new integrations, IIQ configuration reviews and customizations, configurations of custom reports, and identity data clean up.

Specific Responsibilities Include

• Understand the business needs or enhancements for IIQ workflow.
• Work on new feature enhancements by understanding the business objectives, compliance needs, and user expectations.
• Developing Workflow, customizing existing workflow.
• Any customization to the OOTB functionality of the SailPoint Tool on need basis approved by PG&E.
• Performing Feasibility & Impact Analysis for development on new integrations.
• Review existing IIQ configurations and customizations.
• Analyze the existing configurations/setup to assess the impact of changes on existing functionalities.
• Any environment/server setup for application onboarding approved by PG&E.
• Identity data cleanup as required and approved by PG&E.
• Implement or update any custom rules or scripts based on the business requirements.
• Configuration of Custom Reports.
• Creating Firewall request and follow up in PG&E environment.
• Reaching out to developer / SME for information.
• Perform Unit testing and support UAT before deployment of changes.
• Plan production deployment with change management team.
• Create appropriate documentation as applicable.
• Escalate issues to PG&E management appropriately.
