Job summary

InterScripts in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Engineer with Epic provisioning expertise to design, implement, and support IAM solutions within SailPoint's cloud ecosystem.

You will manage identity lifecycle, governance, and compliance, integrate with Epic EHR, AD, Azure AD, and other applications, and help automate provisioning, certifications, and access reviews.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience.
• 2–5+ years of hands‑on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
• Strong hands‑on Epic provisioning experience, including EMP and SER records, and integration with Epic modules.
• Experience with REST APIs, SCIM integrations, Identity lifecycle automation, Active Directory and Azure AD, and SSO/MFA.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support SailPoint ISC solutions for identity lifecycle management.
• Configure onboarding, offboarding, access requests, and birthright provisioning workflows.
• Integrate and maintain connectors including Epic EHR, AD, Azure AD, and enterprise applications.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Engineer with strong expertise in Epic provisioning and healthcare identity workflows . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions within SailPoint's cloud ecosystem, focusing on identity lifecycle management, governance, compliance, and Epic access automation.

Key Responsibilities:

SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)

• Design, implement, and support SailPoint ISC solutions for identity lifecycle management.
  
• Configure onboarding, offboarding, access requests, and birthright provisioning workflows.
  
• Integrate and maintain connectors including Epic EHR, Active Directory, Azure AD, and enterprise applications.
  
• Develop and manage custom rules, transforms, identity profiles, roles, and policies.
  
• Support certification campaigns, access reviews, SoD controls, and governance processes.
  
• Troubleshoot provisioning failures, connector issues, and integration challenges.
  

Epic Provisioning

• Automate provisioning and deprovisioning of Epic EMP, SER, DEP, and subsystem access.
  
• Integrate SailPoint with Epic security and identity management modules.
  
• Automate Epic role, template, and security class assignments.
  
• Collaborate with Epic analysts to align access controls with clinical and operational workflows.
  
• Troubleshoot Epic identity mismatches and provisioning issues.
  

General IAM Responsibilities

• Partner with Security, IT, HR, and Compliance teams to support IAM initiatives.
  
• Assist with audits, access certifications, governance documentation, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, SOX, ISO).
  
• Provide production support, root-cause analysis, and process improvement recommendations.
  
• Support SailPoint roadmap planning, enhancements, and platform upgrades

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience.
  
• 2–5+ years of hands‑on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
  

Strong hands‑on Epic provisioning experience, including:

• EMP and SER records

• Role and security class management

Preferred Qualifications:
