Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sailing experience as Master Mariner.

• Familiarity with SIRE 2.0 and Rightship RISQ 3.2.

Responsibilities

• Carry out ISM, ISPS, navigation, and safety audits.
• Deliver onboard safety training to ship staff.
• Assist in PSC inspection preparation and conduct incident investigations.
• Conduct audits at company offices and third-party sites.

We are looking for an experienced Internal Sailing Auditor & Trainer to join our HSEQ team.

Role Overview

If you believe audits are not just about checklists but about people, behaviours, and learning, this role is for you.

As an Auditor & Trainer he/she will sail with our vessels and impart training on board while engaging with ship staff and actively contribute to raising safety standards onboard.

You’ll play a visible, hands‑on role—conducting audits, facilitating safety conversations, and converting findings into meaningful improvements.

This is a frontline HSEQ role, where your sea experience, judgement, and communication skills will directly influence onboard safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out ISM, ISPS, navigation, cargo, mooring audits, safety inspections
• Deliver onboard safety training to ship staff
• Assist in Right Ship, PSC inspection preparation
• Carry out incident investigations and follow-up actions where needed
• Conduct audits at company offices and third‑party sites, when required
• Undertake additional HSEQ‑related tasks as assigned by senior management

Eligibility & Experience

• 1-2 years of sailing experience as Master Mariner

Knowledge Requirements
