Job summary

Ashkom is seeking a Safety Supervisor (HS&E) to lead site safety activities at our Baddi location. You will ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a safe working environment across operations.

The role requires extensive HS&E expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage contractor safety and training initiatives while driving KPIs and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Graduate in any discipline with a recognized HS&E certification.
• 25 years of relevant safety experience in industrial, manufacturing, construction, or project environments.
• Good communication, reporting, and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with site HS&E standards, safety policies, and SOPs.
• Conduct safety inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments.
• Organize safety inductions, toolbox talks, and refresher training.
• Manage contractor safety qualification, onboarding, and compliance.
• Monitor PPE usage and adherence to safe work practices.
• Participate in Daily DDS meetings and Monthly 9 KPI Review Meetings.
• Track and implement safety KPIs, statutory requirements, and corrective actions.
• Report incidents, near misses, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions.
• Support safety campaigns and awareness programs.
