Job Summary

• Familiarity with Security coordination on-site, including access control, emergency response support, and risk mitigation for personnel and property.
• Ability to design and deliver Safety Training programs, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions for diverse site teams and contractors.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Occupational Health Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field; professional safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) are an advantage.
• Experience as a Safety Officer or similar role in real estate, construction, or infrastructure projects, preferably in an on-site capacity.
• Strong communication, observation, and report-writing skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and enforce safety standards respectfully and effectively.
• Ability to work independently on-site, manage multiple tasks, and respond quickly to safety-related issues and emergencies.
