Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of site safety management and hazard identification.
• Experience in inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.
• Knowledge of PTW, JSA and method statement reviews.
• Experience in contractor safety management and monitoring high-risk activities.
• Knowledge of PPE, emergency preparedness, incident reporting and corrective actions.
• Understanding of Indian safety regulations and statutory compliance.
• Good communication, coordination, reporting and documentation skills.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma or Degree in Industrial Safety / Fire & Safety / Occupational Health and Safety.
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering with a recognized safety qualification may also be considered, subject to project and statutory requirements.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience as a Safety Officer in industrial, manufacturing, construction, or engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of site safety management and hazard identification.
• Experience in conducting safety inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.
• Knowledge of Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Method Statement reviews.
• Experience in contractor safety management and monitoring high-risk activities.
• Knowledge of PPE requirements, emergency preparedness, incident reporting, and corrective actions.
• Understanding of applicable Indian safety regulations and statutory compliance.
