Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in HSE management for industrial/EPC/construction projects
• NEBOSH, ADIS, Diploma in Industrial Safety, or equivalent preferred
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills across multiple project sites

• Lead and oversee the complete HSE function across all project locations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety management systems.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable HSE laws, client requirements, and statutory regulations.
• Manage and mentor HSE manpower across multiple project sites.
• Oversee all HSE documentation, reports, audits, inspections, and compliance records.
• Conduct safety reviews, risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure effective implementation of HSE standards.
• Liaise with Recruitment/HR for HSE manpower planning, hiring, mobilization, and deployment.
• Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
• Promote a proactive safety culture and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
