Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coach Agile and SAFe ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Act as a liaison between development teams, Product Management, and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Identify and remove impediments to maintain productive work rhythm.
• Drive automation initiatives to streamline workflows and boost delivery velocity.
• Coordinate activities across Agile Release Trains (ARTs) for synchronized value delivery.
• Mentor teams in scaling Agile practices, including Spotify model-inspired structures.
• Monitor team metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

We are seeking an experienced Agile professional to serve as the Scrum Master within our IT Services division. This pivotal role focuses on guiding teams through the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to enhance delivery efficiency and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The successful candidate will act as a catalyst for organizational change, ensuring that Agile principles are effectively implemented across multiple teams and value streams. This position is critical for aligning team objectives with broader business goals, managing complex dependencies, and driving the adoption of best practices in an enterprise environment.
