Job description

What you will do

• Support and enhance S&OP processes and tools for replenishment and volume management for Chemicals businesses, working closely with the S&OP process execution team, IT, and extended teams.
• Ensure S&OP Replenishment & Volume Management best practices are implemented and sustained.
• Ensure S&OP tool design and setup (SAP APO, Aera, Kinaxis) is consistent with business processes.
• Define, prioritize, and lead system enhancements.
• Develop and sustain S&OP competency with training and user communities/networks.
• Maintain and deliver S&OP Replenishment & Volume Management process and SAP APO systems training.
• Facilitate user Communities of Practice.
• Serve as custodian of selected L3 S&OP Process documents for Replenishment and Volume Management.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME), mentor, and trainer for S&OP processes, people, tools, and data.
• Work with Digital Enablement and Technology to support the design & deployment of advanced planning systems, including Kinaxis and other optimization tools.

About You

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in Supply Chain Replenishment / Volume Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP APO.
• Process improvement capability.
• Willingness to work from 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST.
• Open to traveling.
• Strong collaborator with ability to influence, coach, and mentor others.
• Effective communicator who works well in teams.
• Drive for functional excellence.
• Hands‑on experience in SAP APO.
