Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited seeks an experienced SAP S/4HANA EAM/PM Consultant focused on the mining sector. You will lead implementations, configure maintenance processes, and ensure integration with MM, QM, PP, and Finance modules.

The role requires 6+ years in SAP PM/EAM, strong hands-on SAP S/4HANA EAM experience, and ability to work from office across PAN India sites. You will collaborate with business and technical teams, run workshops, and support Go-Live activities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in SAP PM/EAM.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA EAM or SAP PM implementations.
• Expertise in Equipment Management, Functional Locations, and Maintenance Planning.
• Knowledge of Preventive & Predictive Maintenance and Work Clearance Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP S/4HANA EAM/PM implementations, enhancements, and support projects.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP EAM/PM solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP PM modules including Equipment Management, Functional Locations, Maintenance Notifications, Maintenance Orders, and Preventive Maintenance.
• Design and implement asset maintenance strategies for mining operations.
• Integrate SAP PM with MM, WM/EWM, PP, QM, and Finance modules.
• Support asset lifecycle management, reliability-centered maintenance, and shutdown activities.
• Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis, Workshops, Testing, User Training, and Go-Live support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) / PM (Plant Maintenance) Consultant with strong domain expertise in the Mining industry. The ideal candidate should possess hands‑on experience in SAP Plant Maintenance, Asset Management processes, preventive and corrective maintenance, and S/4HANA implementation projects.
