Jacobs India, Maharashtra is seeking a Run Team Lead to maintain live service environments, ensuring uptime, security, and value delivery for users. You will bridge engineering, platform teams, and end users, coordinating support, improvements, and releases to sustain high-quality service.

You will actively manage the run team, monitor health, enforce SLAs, and contribute to platform standards while collaborating on cost optimization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in platform, operations, or service management roles.
• Familiarity with Databricks or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of software development, deployment, and testing practices.
• Understanding of service management principles (SLAs, uptime, incident management).
• Experience with monitoring and operational tooling.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and version control.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication skills.

• Provide reporting on platform performance, risks, and improvement.

Your impact

As the Run Team Lead, you will play a key role in maintaining the live service environment, ensuring platforms are reliable, secure, and delivering value to users.
