Job summary

Deloitte Shared Services India is seeking a senior leader to drive end-to-end finance transformation initiatives across AP, AR, and R2R, leveraging Lean, Six Sigma and automation to deliver measurable productivity gains.

You will mentor cross-functional teams, partner with senior stakeholders to design future-state operating models, and oversee governance, KPI tracking, and risk management across finance processes. Excellent communication and executive presence are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end finance transformation engagements focusing on AP, AR, and R2R processes.
• Drive the Continuous Improvement (CI) agenda across Finance Operations, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, control, quality, and stakeholder experience.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and process excellence initiatives to eliminate waste, reduce cycle times, improve accuracy, and optimize operational performance.
• Establish governance, performance management frameworks, and best-practice sharing across teams.
• Develop and monitor KPI dashboards, conduct root cause analysis, and drive action plans for sustained excellence.
• Drive process assessment, operating model design, standardization, automation, and transformation initiatives.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities and define future-state operating models.
• Lead process re-engineering leveraging shared services and global models.
• Identify and implement automation, digitization, and AI-driven solutions to improve productivity.
• Mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Develop business cases, benefits realization plans, and transformation roadmaps.
• Drive governance, risk management, internal controls, and compliance across finance processes.
• Monitor milestones, financials, risks, and resource utilization.
• Contribute to business development, proposals, and client presentations.
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement preferred.

• Exposure to process mining and process intelligence tools such as Celonis, Signavio, or equivalent platforms.
