Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze and solve complex general ledger and financial reporting issues.

• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve open items per SOX controls.
• Assist in period-end financial statements and management reporting packs.
• Support global region stakeholders with effective communication.

We are looking Finance & Accounts professional with strong GL Accounting, RTR, Balance sheet analysis, Reconciliation, Audit support, Month end closing activities.

Role & responsibilities

In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex general ledger and financial reporting problems.

• Your day to day interactions are with peers working across RTR sub-processes including GL, fixed assets, and intercompany.
• Prepare and post journal entries including accruals, prepayments, reclassifications, and intercompany entries ensuring accuracy and completeness in line with the close calendar
• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations identify and resolve open items, and ensure timely completion in accordance with SOX control requirements
• Assist in preparation of period-end financial statements, management reporting packs, and supporting schedules for internal and external reporting purposes
• Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others including close timelines and the accuracy of financial reporting

Preferred candidate profile

Graduated or Post Graduated in Finance or related

3+ Years of experience in core RTR/GL Accounting domain

must have SAP ERP experience

0-15 Days / Immediate joiners would be preferred

excellent communication with interpersonal skills (Supporting global region stakeholders)

Well versed with MS Office, Excel, Reporting skills
